Kenneth Valley is the Principal Consultant of the firm. He has more than 30 years senior management experience in Finance, Business and Insurance and has served in the Government of Trinidad and Tobago as Minister of Trade and Industry and concurrently as a Minister in the Ministry of Finance for ten years. Ken draws upon the extensive network and defined expertise formed from a decade of work within the economic and business landscape of Trinidad and Tobago. Mr. Valley graduated from the University of the West Indies (UWI) in 1971 with a BSc Economics Degree with a major in Accounting, and is a Graduate of the MBA Programme at Mc Masters University of Hamilton, Canada.

Rolly Ramadhar is our Tax Consultant.. Rolly was employed for thirty four years at the Inland Revenue Department rising to Commissioner in charge if Audit – Oil and Gas Taxation, Corporate Taxation, Internal Taxation, PAYE and Field Audit. He served as the tax advisor on the Cabinet Sub-Committee on Energy; as a member of the Board of Directors of POWERGEN and as Acting Chairman of the Board of Inland Revenue. Mr. Ramadhar is a graduate of the University of the West Indies BSc. Accounting programme (1972); the University of Dallas – Texas – Advance Financial Management in Oil and Gas and the Inland Revenue programme in Advanced Income Tax Law and Practice and Advanced Accounting.

Leon Lue Yat is our industrial consultant. Leon is a store house of knowledge with respect to applicable incentives, rules, regulations, statutory requirements and general advice to the inward investor to Trinidad and Tobago gained from his over twenty five years work experience in the State Agency responsible for the promotion of inward investment, twenty years of which at a senior level. Leon provides solutions to clients in trade and investment matters, country studies; policy formulation, and investment promotion strategies. Mr. Lue Yat is a graduate of Sir George Williams University, Montreal, Quebec in Accounting and Economics (B.A. General).
